Reis Race Retro will be paying tribute to Norman Dewis OBE with a Jaguar Enthusiasts Club display. The 18th edition of Reis Race Retro, held at Stoneleigh Park, Coventry from 21-23 February, will pay tribute to legendary Jaguar test development driver, Norman Dewis OBE. The show’s ‘Hall of Fame’ will feature a special three-car display, with cars supplied by the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust. Norman Dewis was a motorsport legend and a long-time friend of the show, as well as being responsible for the development of some of Jaguar’s most iconic models. Rally icons come to auction at Race Retro |

Race Retro has just got even more exciting as Silverstone Auctions announce four iconic rally cars are to be offered for sale over the weekend of the 21 to 22 February. All the cars are legends in their own rights and have incredible race and rally history. Leading the charge is the Ford RS200 with an incredible 1,195 miles, followed by the ex-Petter Solberg Subaru Impreza, the ex-Johnny Cecotto BMW M3 which was raced by the famous Schnitzer team before being converted to rally spec and then the Lotus Cortina in historic colours. Group B is a category of rallying that many remember as the pinnacle of World Rallying. The cars were immensely fast and sophisticated but ultimately considered too much so and the category was eventually cancelled at the end of 1996. |

Reis Race Retro 2020 reveals ‘THE GREATEST GRID’! |

Reis Race Retro has revealed the Formula One cars and the stars associated with F1 that will be a part of ‘The Greatest Grid’ celebrations at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, from 21-23 February. The display will feature no less than seven F1 cars and will be supported by appearances by F1 driver Martin Donnelly, Technical Director and Chief Designer Tony Southgate who worked with BRM, Shadow and Arrows, ex- BAR Team Principal David Richards and McLaren’s former number-one mechanic, Marc ‘Elvis’ Priestley.
