Race Retro will remember Finnish rally driver Henri Toivonen who sadly lost his life along with co-driver Sergio Cresto, in a Lancia Delta S4 on 2nd May 1986 some 30 years ago, when it returns to Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, from Friday 26th to Sunday 28th February 2016. The British Historic Kart Club stand returns to Race Retro 2016. As usual there will be a static stand inside the main halls and outside on the ever-popular live-action circuit, there will be a large selection of karts being put through their paces. Classic Trials Challenge returns to Race Retro |

Seven times TT Winner Mick Grant leads the way. Race Retro will welcome a display of Classic Trials riding for pre-1965 machines, headed up by seven times Isle of Man TT winner Mick Grant. Speaking of the Classic Trials, Mick said “This demonstration isn’t to show how brilliant we are at trials riding, simply because we’re not, it’s to show how much fun can be had with these old bikes”. The Pre ’65 scene is very healthy and growing all the time, with most club events having a class for Pre ’65 motorcycles. |
