Jowett Car Club Undertake New Restoration Projects |

Formed in 1923, the Jowett Car Club proudly holds the title of ‘The worlds oldest one make car club’. Offering support for all Jowett models, the club provides for its members through a comprehensive range of activities and services. This year their stand will exhibit a Jowett Short 2 tourer of mid 1920’s vintage which will be receiving some cosmetic attention at the show alongside a Jowett Javelin bare metal restoration which will see the final panel fitting and beating as well as lead loading undertaken. Trio of Aston Martin Barn Finds to appear |

A trio of Aston Martins found at opposite ends of the country are set to appear at the Practical Classics Restoration and Classic Car Show, held at Birmingham’s NEC on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th March. Dave Whiting’s 1967 Aston Martin DB6 Volante Vantage Convertible will make the journey from West Sussex to be apart of the Heritage Insurance Barn Find Display, aiming to create the UK’s biggest gathering of barn finds.
