XJ 6721 was first registered in April by Cockshoot’s of Manchester, who were a well known MG, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Morris agents. This company can trace its roots back to 1724 when they started making and selling horse-drawn coaches. |

The car was first purchased by George Edward Rostron junior from Cheadle Hulme, Stockport. George was related to Arthur Henry Rostron who was the captain of the Carpathia, the ship that sailed to the rescue of the ill-fated Titanic in 1912. |

The MG has gone through a sympathetic restoration which has included new side panels and door skins, fresh paint, new wheels and a completely new interior. The car is now owned by Paul Moran who has had it for 6 years… |
